1. Nature of Our Services
We offer customized mobile application development and digital solutions for the construction and design sectors. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, refunds are handled in accordance with the specifics of each project agreement.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the service as agreed in the written contract, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
- Duplicate Payment: If a payment has been made twice for the same service unintentionally.
- Technical Failure: If our system fails to register your order and no service has commenced.
Refunds are not issued for:
- Completed stages of a project.
- Delays caused by the client (e.g., missing content, feedback).
- Change of mind after service initiation.
3. Custom Software Projects
All services involving custom software development are non-refundable once the development has begun, unless specifically agreed otherwise in the signed project contract.
If you cancel the project after development has started, you may be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
4. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your service request before work begins at no cost.
